8. 9. Terms and condition of this agreement shall be governed in all respect by the laws of Indian Territory. TDPL considers itself and intended to be subject to the jurisdiction only of the Courts of Madurai India.

10. If any clause of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such clause shall be struck and the remaining clauses shall be in force.
